BBC three | let’s go there

An outdoor campaign to launch the BBC’s first online-only TV channel

Youth-oriented BBC3 was moving online, and wanted to relaunch its ‘made you laugh, made you think’ proposition at the same time.

Sunshine framed the move as proof positive of the channel’s boundary-pushing credentials under the campaign banner ‘Let’s Go There’, and created assets including a 60-second call-to-arms TV spot and informative/funny explainers for the move to digital - naturally filmed at Britain’s last dial-up internet cafe.

As copywriter, I wrote smart-smart-funny headlines for a nationwide outdoor campaign and helped to pen provocative headlines for a revolving billboard display at London’s Picadilly Circus that ran for 24 hours on the day of launch.
