Social content calendar for fashion brand’s first ever Christmas campaign

A 26-letter smorgasbord of quirky festive traditions, all served piping-hot avec tout les accoutrements through British fashion brand Boden’s multiple social channels.

 

The festivities went off with the bang of a bazillion Christmas crackers thanks to the help of British celebs Dawn Porter, Gizzi Erskine and Joanna Page; Grazia Magazine; posh holiday merchants Mr & Mrs Smith; posh booze merchants Sipsmith; and posh clothes merchant Johnnie Boden himself.

 

(Spoiler alert: It was 'The Nutcracker')

I generated the creative concepts for each installment leading up to Christmas, providing Boden's social team with the ammo for their entire seasonal calendar. I also helped produce such highlights as 'G is for Games': YouTube-ready charades for the digital age (with prizes to be won).

 
 

P for Predictably, Johnnie Boden's terrier Sprout stole the show and racked up way over quarter of a million views, essentially just for being a dog.

The full campaign was smeared across Boden's Twitter, Instagram and YouTube channels like a fistful of weapons-grade brandy butter.
